The given line graph illustrates the overage of how much Americans spent on cellphone, national and international fixed line, and services annually over period of 9 years starting from 2001. As can be see from the line chart, there was a clear drop of national fixed line, a high rise of cellphone services as well as the slight drop, followed by the slight rise of the international one.

Between 2001 and 2006, there was a sharp decrease in the average expenditure on national fixed-line services. The fall was deep from 2001 to 2002, but it reduced a little bit in 4 years later. On the others hand, the amount of expenditure on cellphone services increased gradually in 2 years from 2001 to 2002 and went on its development slightly in next 4 years. In contrast, international services did not have a clear development yet, it can be said that they almost fluctuated whole the time except for 3 years from 2001 to 2003. Over the period of 4 years (2007 to 2010), the national fixed line services still had a deep fall, the quantity of expenditure reduced from 500$ to 300$.
