Overall, in terms of fulfillment with the health care system, Canada held the leading position in the beginning, prior to being surpassed by the Netherlands, while United Kingdom showed no change in all years,
In detail, the percentage of individuals feeling satisfied with the health care system in Canada and the Netherlands decreased, represting 58 and 48 percent in 1991, respectively. Afterwards, the former declined significantly and amounted to 22% in 1998, before finishing at 30% in the final year. Whereas the latter experienced a slight increase of 4 % after 7 years and comprised 43% in 2007. USA, on the other hand, the percentage of satisfied people accounted for 17% in 1998, growing by 7 percent from 10% in 1991 and staying at the same level in remaining years. As for United Kingdom , such users made up 28 percent in 1991 and remained unchanged throughout the period.
