Overall, most of the countries expressed positive trend with Denmark becoming the leader and United States, India and Germany ranked second, third and fourth respectively.
Starting off with Denmark, the number was at just above 200 in 1985. Then it doubled in 1990 (400). For the next five years the total rocketed to 1200. By the end of the time covered the total stood at above 1600, which was the highest figure out of all the four countries. Looking at the United States, its figure started at exactly 1200 in 1985. In 1990 it reached the same total as Denmark in the year 2000. Despite experiencing a slight decrease for the next ten years, the number finished at around 1500 in the last year, being ranked second.
As for India, it produced 200 megawatts of energy in 1985. Then this number went up and doubled in 1990 (400). For the next five years it grew by 400 points, reaching 800. In the last year presented the figure stood at 1200. Focusing on Germany, the total started at 400 in 1985. During the next five years it rise to approximately 630. By the end of the period given the number grew slightly, finishing at around 900 megawatts and becoming the country to produce the least amount of energy out of all the four presented.
