The line graph illustrates figures for the waste output from three companies within 2000 and 2015,measured in tonnes.
Overall , it is clear that there were significant changes regarding the amount of waste which was produced by three companies . There was quite a disparity in terms of waste output from all three companies , while the amount of waste from company A and B decreased significantly , that of company C witnessed a dramatic rise by contrast.
Looking at the graph in detail , one can see that in 2000 company A produced by far the most waste among three companies with 12 tonnes, while the number for companies B and C were 9 and 3 tonnes respectively . In the following 5 years , the waste output from company A had decreased gradually to roughly 10 tonnes. In contrast, there were striking increases in the amount of wastes from both companies B and C to approximately 10 and 6 relatively.
From 2005 to 2015 , the amount of produced waste from company C continued to grow dramatically from 6 to 10 tonnes, while by contrast that of company A saw a gradually decline from 11 to 8 tonnes. Also similar was the waste output from company B, which had gone down strikingly from 10 to 3 tonnes.
