The bar chart provides information on regular class size in 2006 in primary and lower secondary school of six different countries and compares it with the world average.
Overall, it can be seen that South Korea had the largest size of class in both given catagory whereas, Iceland had the smallest size of class which is lower than world average.
Looking at the more data sets it is clear that South Korea and Japan had the biggest primary and lower secondary school class with almost 34, 36 and 27, 31 students respectively, which was the heigher than world average (26 and 24 students). In contrast Iceland had the smallest size of class in both given catagories, 15 in primary school and 16 in lower secondary school.
Turning to the remaining data sets it is evedant that class size in UK and Denmark shows a similar trend where primary school class size was 22 and 21 and for lower secondary 21 nd 19 students respectively which was lower than world average. For Maxice, regular lower secondary school class (with 31 students) as same as japan was much larger than primary school class (with 21 students).
