Overall, South Korea has the biggest average class size in both primary and low secondary school among other countries. Japan and Mexico have the higher average of lower secondary school compared to the world average, while the other three countries have smaller average.
South Korea reached a peak of around 34 average size of primary school and roughly 37 average size of lower secondary school. While the world average size in both categories are around 26 and 24 repressively, Japan and Mexico reach 31 average size in lower secondary school. However, Japan has the same average size in primary school and Mexico only reached 21 in the lower secondary school. Moreover, the UK, Denmark, and Iceland do not reach more than 25 average size.
In conclusion, compared to other six countries, South Korea has the biggest average class size compared to the world average and Japan hold the second place among other countries.
