England has shown a slow and steady decrease in the consumption of cheese, its peak was at the beginning of the period given, when it marked an around of 110 kilograms in 1980, after that, it started a slow decline in the average, showing around 85 kilograms. Scotland, at the beginning of the time-line, started around an average of 90 kilograms, After experiencing a big increase, when it showed its peak, surpassing the 100 kilograms in 1990, it started a sharp drop until 2010, when it plateaued, rounding in 60 kilograms in 2020.
Wales, in contrast of the previous countries, showed an increase, startin the period at less than 50 kilograms, from 1980 to 1990, it experienced a big increase in the average, reaching around 60 kilograms, finally it reached a peak because of a steady increase, surpassing Scotland and finishing in more than 75 kilograms. Finally, Northern Irland showed a similar pattern to Wales. It started around 10 kilograms of cheese consumed in 1980, from that year to 2000, it experienced a continuous growth, exceeding the 25 kilograms, but later on, it showed a sharp increase, surpassing Scotland and reaching around 60 kilograms by the end of the period
