The bar chart provides information on average daily sales during summer and winter at the Vista Cafe, divided into five different categories.
Overall, it is evident that sales of items are directly linked to the conditions of weather. For example, servings of hot coffee and soup has a significant demand in winter, while cold coffee and ice cream sold the most during summertime. Interestingly, salad is the only position which was sold in equal quantities in both seasons.
Looking at the details, the sales of hot coffee accounted for 75% in winter, which was the highest figure in the period, and 30% in summer. By contrast, cold coffee almost did not meet the sales during winter, but in summer showed great statistics with 40%. 50% of soup servings was sold in winter, whereas only 25% was sold in the summer.
It is noticeable, that ice cream sales had an approximate number of 30-35% of servings. In addition, salad sales showed an identical result during both seasons with 25%.
