It’s also notable that how many Vietnamese students in America underwent the most significant change over the period shown. In 2000, only 1.5 million the number of students studied in America was the lowest compared to France and Russia.
In 2000, the number of students studied in France was higher than the number of students studied in Russia and America, at 3.5 million and 3 million and 1.5 million respectively. Over 6 years, the figures for students learned in America and Russia were similar, with 2.1 million and after 1 year later due to the number of students in America and France had reached the same number, at 2.6 million.
In last 5 years (2010 to 2015), there were many big changes when students studied in those three different countries, that there was a different trend, with a slightly increased, steady trend, and slightly decrease. In after next 5 years, there were rose sharply in the figures for both France and America, with just 4.5 million and 5 million respectively, but besides it, Russia also increased slightly when it went from 1.8 million to 2.5 million.
