Regarding women’s retirement ages, those in Korea retired at 67 years and 2 months, the highest among the nations examined. Japanese and Italian women followed closely, retiring at an average age of 66 years and 2 months. In contrast, American females retired at 64 years and 9 months, while Australian left the workforce slightly earlier at 63 years and 5 months. French women had the earliest retirement age, averaging 56 years and 9 months.
