The line graph illustrates data about how much various types of meat (beef, lamb, and chicken) and fish were consumed in one European country from 1979 to 2004.
Overall, almost every product fluctuated over the period. Nevertheless, chicken always showed dominance, while fish was exactly back to where it started.
Turning to the details, the figure for the consumption of chicken declined dramatically from 175 gramme per person at the beginning; throughout the time it fluctuated differently showing 250 grams chicken per week at the end (2004).
The next type of the meet is meat which experienced a significant rise in the 1981 and then it increased to 200 grams for each person. Following this, beef decreased floating to 100 gram in 2004. In comparison with lamb was higher for 5 grams, but it increased steadily in 1980. This affected the whole period and showed 60 grams in the end. There was a slight decline from 55 grams to 50 in 1979; it was consistently stable for the majority of the period.
