Overall, there was a considerable change in the contribution of agriculture, while the percentage in manufacturing declined gradually. As for the figure of business and financial services, it rose across the given period.

To begin, there was the growth of property prices in agriculture stood at just under 50% in 1900 and then this increased to more than a half in 1950, after that the trend witnessed (saw) a sharp decline in 1975 and it dropped over the following 25 years. As regards the contribution of manufacturing, it fell from just over 40% at the beginning of the period to more than 10% in the end of period.

Turning to business and financial services, the figure was just under 5% in 1900 and it rose gradually in the following 75 years, then it reached the peak of more than 30% in 2000.
