Consumption of margarine rise at the commence then keep stable some time, but droped in the end of period, while low fat and reduced speaders skyrocked and was at the primary end of period.

The grams of the butter was 140 in 1981 then rose to the 160 in 1986, while margarine was at the low level around 90 in 1981 then declined to the 80 in 1986.
