In January, the number of enquiries made by telephone stood at 900, while letter/email enquiries accounted for 750, and in-person enquiries were the lowest at 450. By February, telephone enquiries decreased slightly to 800, letter/email declined to 700, and in-person enquiries rose to 600. March saw a rebound in telephone enquiries, reaching 1,000, while letter/email continued to fall to 650, and in-person enquiries increased further to 800.
From April onwards, telephone enquiries climbed steadily, rising from 1,100 in April to 1,400 in May, and finally to 1,600 in June. In-person enquiries experienced the most dramatic growth, surging from 1,250 in April to 1,550 in May, and peaking at 1,900 in June. Conversely, enquiries via letter/email declined consistently, dropping from 600 in April to 500 in May, and reaching a low of 400 in June.
