Overall, it is evident that the ratio of enquiries received in person had experienced a dramatic rise in June. In contrast, it received by letter/email had a lowest level and leveled off between May and June.
Initially, the most significant change occurred in june from about 400 to nearly 1900 of the enquiries received in person. Subsequently, the number of enquiries received by letter/email in January was under 800 while the ratio gradually decreased at under 600 in april. Afterwards, the number of enquiries received by letter/email remain stable from May to June.
Moreover, the enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city by telephone fluctuated. However, the number was above at 800 whereas it consequenltly rose in the following months. It fluctuated from more than 800 to 1600 between January and June in 2011.
