The line graph illustrates the number of questions that Tourist Infomation Office in one city recieved in three channels-in person, letter/email, and telephone-from January to June, 2011.
Overall, It is clear that submitting any inquiries through in person method had become the most popular modalities by the end period, compared to emailing tool, the number of inquiries had decreased gradually overtime and maintain stedily by the end of the peroid, while submitting through telephone channels had more received inquiries than in-person method, its leter experienced slightly inclined, become the second popular method by the end of period.
In January, the Tourist Infomation Office received inquiries from telephone around 900, while in email/letter and in person channel had around 750 and 400 respectively. However, during March, in person channel had gained the number of questions, surpassing by email/letter, accounting more than 800 received inquiries.
After that, the number of inquites through in person method had dramatically increased. By the end of period, the Tourist Infomation Office received approximately 1900 submition. Telephone method also followed the trend, their numbers increasing significantly but still less than in person method, over 1600 received by June. Meanwhile, the number of inquiries through by email/letter experienced declined significantly, starting at 700 on January, its numbers dropped to 390 by May and maintained steadily till the end of period.
