Folllowed by the number of requests made by telephone which had the same tendency with that of person but lower. Despite ranking first in the first month, this figure still stayed at 1600 in June.
Meanwhile, this figure for that of letter showed a decline over this phase. Starting with the second place with 800, this number of letters decreased gradually to under 400 in May. After that, it remained stable until the end of this period.
