The line graph illustrates how the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office changed over a six-month period in 2011.
Overall, it is seen that in-person and telephone enquiries experienced an increasing pattern, with in-person enquiries rising more sharply over the period. In addition, enquiries by letter/email witnessed a declining trend during the time shown.
As seen in the graph, in January, enquiries made by telephone were the most common method, at approximately 900, while the opposite was true for in-person enquiries, which showed the lowest indicator, at only about 400. Over the following months, in-person enquiries increased significantly, reaching over 1800 in June. Furthermore, enquiries made by telephone rose slightly.
Enquiries by letter/email started with a relatively good position, being higher than in-person enquiries, but gradually declined over the period.
