The line graph illustrates how the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office changed over a six-month period in 2011.
Overall, it is seen that in-person and by telephone experienced an increasing pattern, with in-person enquiries rising more sharply over the period. In addition, by letter/email witnessed a declining trend during the time shown.
As seen in the graph, in January enquiries made by telephone were the most common method, at approximately 900, while the opposite was true for in-person which showed the lowest indicator, at only about 400. Over the following months, in-person enquiries increased significantly, reaching over 1800 in June. Furthermore, enquiries made by telephone rose slightly.
Enquiries by letter/email enquiry started with a relatively good position being higher than in-person enquiries ,but gradually declined over the period.
