The line graph illustrates the quantity of inquiries that were received by the Tourist Information Office in the period of six months in 2011.
Overall, it is clear that while the number of enquiries received by letter or email decreased, enquiries received in person and by telephone climbed considerably from January to June in 2011. Moreover, the investigations received in person were the most prevalent and the investigations received by letter were the most uncommon.
In January, the number of enquiries received in person was the lowest at over 400 enquiries and witnessed a significant increase to 1900 examinations, becoming the most primary way to send investigations. Furthermore, the quantity of enquiries sent by telephone observed a similar trend with the examinations sent in person. But it reduced slightly in February before soaring in the next four months.
In the first three months of 2011, there was a slow decline of the number of enquiries received by letter/email, from about 750 to about 700. The next two months witnessed a more dramatic drop in that number before it leveled off in June.
