Overall the number of requests in person and by letter/email increased. However the number of requests by phone went down.

The amount of requests in person dramatically went up from about 400 to 800 from January to March. Then it grow rapidly to about 1200 to april then it rose significantly to about 2000 from april to June.The number of requests by phone fell slightly from about 800-1000 to 800 from january to february then it increase to 1000 from february to March then from march to April it remained stamble. then from April to June went up to 1600.

The number of requests by letters/email redused from about 800 to abot 600 during January to March. Then it declined dramatically to about 400 during Marcch to May. Then from May to June it didn’t change.
