In the start of the month, in January, receiving enquires in person was around of 400 and increased nonstop until the June by approximately 2000 and by having the most enquires received from the least one. Receiving enquires by digital tools experienced a lot of downfalls and growths, by dramatically decreasing between January and february from around of 900 to 800, nevertheless, are growth in numbers to the 1800 in June by having second most received enquires.

Getting enquires by letters and emails in January was approximately 600, but lost their effectivity because of digital tools and decreased in numbers from Marth to May by 700 enquires to 400 requires.
