The graph illustrates the number of enquires made to the Tourist information Office by three different means:In person,by telephone and by email or letter from January to June.
Overall, the number of enquires made in person and by telephone increased over the period while those email and letter declined steadily.
At the beginning of the period, in January, enquires made in person were the lowest at around 400. However, this figure rose rapidly and became the highest by June, reaching about 1,200. Similarly, the number of telephone enquires fluctuated slightly at first but increased significantly from March onwards, ending at around 1,000.
In contrast, enquires by email or letter showed a gradual decline. Starting at about 800 in January, the figure dropped steadily to just over 300 by June.
