Overall, the number of the queries received by a person was increased and through telephone there was noticeable change during given time series. while, the total of inquiries by letter or email was decreased in 2011 during half year period.
In January, there was around 403 inquiries received through a person in 2011. it increased at 800 queries in March month while there were slightly increased in April at 1204 queries. Again it drametically increased of 696 inquiries in Jun month. After that, through telephone 900 queries received in starting of the year and every year it changed like up-down method. in March month there was minor change in receiving of queries by 100 queries and it stabled after one month at 1000 queries. in Jun month it increased at 1600 inquieries.
After that, the record noticed through letter or email were decresed during the whole time period. in first month of the year, there was noticed around 790 queries received by letter or email. it drametically decreased at 390 inquiries in May month and it received as stable same as May month in Jun.
