The graph depicts the number of inquiries recieved by the tourist information office in one city over six months in 2011. Overall, the number of people questioning the office increase over time by using telephone, or visiting in person. However, the number of people using letter, and email is droping from january to june.
With the development of techology and transport, the use of telephone increases, similarly, people try to visit in person to inquire about information from tourist office. There are three sources through which people can ask question from office.
From graph, we can see that in january that 850 people use telephone to inquire about the tourism form office. In march 1000 people used telephone which is still high then the other two sources, while only 400 people visit the office in person, However, on 10th march the number of people visiting in person to office increases drastically, crossing the figure of telephone and this trend contiune on first position till now as of june. Although, a significant inclined is notice in the graph of telephone users, but this figure is still low then people visiting in person. Now telephone users are 1600, while that of in person visitng are 1900.
On the other hand, the number of people using letters and emails for inquiring information about tourism reduced continously from 790 people to 500 in between febuary and march. At this point the two graph cross each other, on going in upward direction the second one going downward. The graph of people using letters and emails continously decrease from march to june, only 390 people visited this month in june.
In summary, the number of people using letters and emails reduced or time form january to march. Whereas, the number of people using telephone increase. A sudden surge is seen in people visiting in person to the tourism office in march and that trend still continous.
