The graph illustrate information about the number of books were read by girls and boys at Starmouth school library over a period of 3 years, from 2009 to 2012.
Overall, girls read many books than boys and they showed the highest numbers in library. It reached a peak, while boys had the lowest figures.
In 2009, girls read just above 20 books. And then, there was a number of readers increased steadily to 40 in 2010. Following this, it highlighed a considerable rise to 140 books until 2012. Although girls started with the lowest figure at the beginning, they eventually reached the highest point at the end.
Reagrading boys, they read roughly 55 books in 2009, there was then a gradual rise to 100 until 2011. Girls and boys showed the equel numbers in 2011. However it was a sharp dip to 80 until the end of the year at Starmouth school library.
