The number of visitors who chose to stay on the island was generally higher than those who chose to travel on a cruise ship. In 2010, the total number of tourists reached 1 million, of which 70,000 chose to stay on the island, while the rest decided to stay on cruise ships. Over the next 2 years, the number of visitors on cruise ships decreased slightly. But living on the island only grew. It reached up to 1.5 million.
The Caribbean island has seen a surge in total visitor numbers to 3.5 million in the past year. Also, the number of tourists staying on cruise ships increased sharply to 2 million, surpassing those who stayed on the island (1.5 million).
Thus, the Caribbean island only increases its popularity every year. And one of the reasons for its popularity is the cruise ship
