Overall, it is noticeable that while the participants of no sports were the lowest, the figures for swimmers are equal for both genders. Additionally, there are extent differences between boys and girls in football, and netball. Boys tend to enjoy football more than girls, and it could be seen the opposite trend for girls in netball.
For football, 20 % was the ratio of boys engaging these activities, which far exceeded that of the girls at 4%. Conversely, the proportion of girls participating in Netball was far higher than that of boys, with the respective figures being at 17 %, and 3 %.
Regarding swimming, the data for boys accounted for 16 %, compared to 13% for girls for the same activity. Other remaining sports, basketball was the less popular sports in both genders, with 8 % for boys, and 6 % for girls. Finally, no sports was the least figure. However, boys are more active than girls so far, at exactly 5 % for the former, and 4 % for the latter.
