Overall, it is clear the consumption of that low-fat milk incrase, while whole milk showed a noticeable decline.
In 1970, low-fat milk started at approx 6, after which it experienced a slight rise, reaching approx 13 gallons by 1990. Then it steadly continue in 13 gallons by 2010 But it slighty cames down at the time when it reaching 2015.
Turning to the remaining figures, Whole Milk witnessed a dramatic decline, finishing at 5 gallons by 2015 . at start in 1970 it was top of the trend but it creat a stable decline and reach at 5 gallon from 25 gallons by 2015.
