Overall, it can be seen that women are less physically active than men in majority of age groups.
To begin with, both genders below the age 24 are less active compared to all other groups, standing at below 20%, this figure increase minimally between age group of 25-34. In the case of 35-44 years old citizens, both males and females are equally inactive, at around 27%.
Meanwhile, at the age of 45-54, just over 30% men do not perform any physical excersices, while 25% women are physically inactive. Later, these figures escalate to over 40% and 35%, respectively. Surprisingly, this numbers decline for the age group of 65-74, at 30% for women and 26% for men. However, it again surge, the 75+ age group has the maximum proportion of not performing physical activity. 55% of females and 42% of males are inactive.
