Overall, all states increased in 2022 Latvia, Sweden, Uk, France, Ireland except for Estonia which decreased. Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, witnessed the longest fluctuations, while the remaining countries were relatively stable from 2008 to 2018. The uk saw the most dramatic increase from the lowest in 2012 to the highest in 2022.
Firstly, Latvia had the highest rate in 2010 with just over 20%, however this steady decreased gradually from 2012 to 2022. Estonia had the wildest fluctuation with around 6% to a massive jump at 20% in 2012, and it failed again to 10% in 2014. Sweden started with around 14% steady declined to below 5% in 2018 before increasing again to just over 10% in 2022.
France, uk, and Ireland all strayed below 5% and remained relatively steady until 2018. The uk diverged from the other two countries in 2020, increasing dramatically to just under 10% in 2020, then over 15% in 2022, the highest of any country that year. The lowest percentage in 2022 was in Ireland, which only rose from around 3% in 2020 to just below 5%
