People’s healthcare needs, in Estonia, were neglected at around 10 percent in 2008 and witnessed a dramatic surge upto 20 percent, while facing a downfall in following years.
Moreover, Latvia and Sweden experienced a gradual decrease and dipped to a low of just under 10 and 5 percent, respectively.
