The rendered column graph depicts the proportion of workers worked part-time in four different countries of the UK in 1960 and 2010. It has been manifested that the highest ratio of part-time workers was recorded in Wales over given time period.
To commence with,just under a one-third of total workers were in Wales which was followed by in England with 25% in 1980, However, that of in 2010 Was 33% and approximately 30% for both countries during the year 2010, which was slightly higher than that of in 1980.
Further, the proportion of part time workers in Scotland was 10% during 1980, while more than 10% of that was employed in 2010. Whilst, the figure for Northern Ireland was interesting, the ratio of employees in 1900 was 15% which was gradually higher compared with 2010, accounted for 11%.
Overall, it is apparent that the least ratio of part-time workers were recorded in Northern Ireland country of the UK for bothe the years.
