Saturday remained the most popular day for cinema visits (45%), and Friday and Sunday were preferred by both 30% and around 34% people as movie day in 2005. By contrast, Tuesday saw a slight drop to 18%, whereas Monday’s attendance increased slightly to 12%. By 2007, Saturday still had the highest attendance at 42 percent, though it was slightly lower than the figure in 2005. While Sunday experienced a small decrease to just under 30%, Tuesday peaked up 2% to 18%, with Wednesday dropping 6%, under 10%.
