The line graph illustrates the proportion visitors who were exploring four distinct places -art gallery, zoo, historic buildings, and theme park-in a European urban center from 1980 to 2010.
Overall, the proportion of theme park and zoo grew consistently, whilst the percentage of historic buildings was declined. By contrast, art gallery rose significantly in the first decade, however it started falling gradually by the end of the period.
In 1890, about 50% of tourists visited historical building, followed by art gallery and theme park at 20%. By 1990, art gallery recorded at peak at 30%, then it fell down drastically over the period the lowest proportion.
Both theme park and zoo where the popular destinations among the tourist at 45% and 25% respectively in 2010. Moreover the proportion of historic buildings decreased dramatically from one and half to 35% which was the second common place. Notably, about 5% of visitors were surged in every decade, where as equal proportion was decreased from historic buildings.
