The graph illustrates the percentage of urban/sub-urban and rural households in the uk having internet access between 1999-2004.
Overall, in 1999, the percentage was for urban/sub-urban about 15% of having internet access in 1999 for rural was about 5% which was too low percentage. In 2000, the urban/sub-urban increased faster and reach about 29% which was a huge jump but for rural still in the same speed which increased but not too fast as urban/sub-urban the rural reach about 15%.
However, between 2003 and 2004 both of urban/sub-urban and rural increased a strong jump that in 2003, the urban/sub-urban reach about 52% which was a faster change. The rural reach was about 24% which was a good change and better than the past. In 2004 the percentage increased, but not a lot that urban/sub-urban reach 55% and rural 35% which was fast and beneficial.
Conversely, the graph illustrate a huge difference happened between 1999 and 2004. The data was developing in a better and higher way that had a huge impact and difference, and developed by about 50% over these 5 years.
