The line graph gives imformation about the production of three forest industry products in a European country, namely timber, plup, and paper between 1980 and 2000.
Overall, the production of plup showed the most drastic decline, in the meantime, timber and paper becom the most consumed types of products in the half of analyzed period.
It is worth notesing that the production of timber peaked at almost 10 million tonnes in 1985, before declining to around 8 million tonnes in the following years, giving its leadership position to paper. From then downwards, the production of paper started recovering and reached around 12 million tonnes in 2000, before experiecing a period of instability. As regards the production of plup gradually increased from around 2,5 million tonnes in 1983 to 7 million tonnes in 1990. However, after upward trend it maintained the same level, before slight growth in the end of analyzed period.
