As I see here , the graphe describe the proporation of holidays to different destinations by uk residents.
At the first we see more than sixty percent of the uk residents went to different countries that aren’t in Europe or North America,from the 1993 to 2007, But after 2001 it becomes less and less popular to the uk residents with less than 50% choosed that destination.
At the second placement we see Europe ,from 1993 to 1995 the graph of Europe was close to the graph of “all other countries” , which were more than 50 percent of uk residents and sometimes close to the 60% of them .
And at in last order we see the graphe of North America , with huge gap between it and the other graphes with less than 40 percent of uk residents .
therefore, we understand from the graph that most of the uk residents choosed the other countries but North America and Eurupe .
