Overall, while patients were mostly satisfied with Holly Ward, Maple was the least favored ward in all services except for waiting time. In addition, patients were mostly concerned about waiting time in all wards, while the quality of treatment had the highest figures.
Starting with Holly Ward, just under 90% of patients were satisfied with both hospital staff and quality of aftercare, while waiting time had the lowest rate, with a 75% satisfaction rate. Quality of treatment, being the highest, showed 90% of patients who replied services in this ward as’very good’. Similarly, the quality of treatment had the highest rate in Oak Ward, with 80%, while patients’ satisfaction rate was slightly lower in hospital staff and quality of aftercare (70% for both) in this ward, followed by waiting time (50% satisfaction rate). Finally, Maple Ward indicated the lowest satisfaction rates in almost all services. While about 70% of patients replied as a’very good’, the remaining services were less favored by patients (about 50%).
