The given bar graph illustrates the three types of carbon emission namely oil, coal and gas in UK from 1990 to 2010.
Over all, the gas emission was lowest among the other two emission in 1990, but after two decades(2010) it has highest emission rate. On other hand, the coal emission has mirror effect of gas emission. while oil emission is fluctuating over the 20 years
To begin with, in 1990 carbon emission from gas was 220 million tons but it gradually increasing and in 2010, gas has 320 million tons of carbon emission which were highest among all other fossil fuels. While coal show the mirror effect of gas emission. In 1990 coal emission was 310 million tons and it was decreased to 190 million tons which is lowest, including all other years of carbon emission.
Oil is the only fuel which is fluctuating over the period of time. In 1990 it has 270 million tons of carbon emission and it was highest among all other oil emissions of all years. But after 2000, the emission fell. In 2010, about 210 million tons were emitted by oil.
