Overall, it is evident that the highest percentage of employment for both male and female in year 1995 and 2005 was recorded in Iceland and Switzerland. However least percentage of male workers were found in Australia in 1995 and 2005. On the contrary, minimal female labour were recorded in New Zealand and Australia in year 1995 and 2005.
In Australia, the rate of jobs for both man and woman was around 55% and 25% in year 1995, which was rose by 14% in 2005 for both genders, while in Switzerland doing 1995 the percentage of male and female workers were around 65 and 55% which, in 2005, increased by 14% roughly. Interestingly, highest level of employment for meal was observe in Iceland company with other countries in the time period of 10 years. However, women work at 40% and approximately 52% in the same time frame.
Moving further, initially in UK the percentage of employment for both gender for around 55% and 50% which was increased by approximately 16% and 11% in year 2005. It is noteworthy, that both New Zealand and USA has share almost same percentage of employment for male in 1995 and 2005 that is 60% and 70%. However, the percentage of jobs for male employees in 1995 was around 25% 45%, which has been grown by 16% for both countries in year 2005.
