Overall, regardless of the sector, the majority of men tend to work over 46 hours, while for women the most common number of hours spent at work was closer to 6-12.

The breakdown of the working hours for male professionals, revealed that, in both sectors, almost a third of workers would spend more than 46 hours occupied by their job. Nevertheless, while in government sector as many as 23% of workers would spend just an hour in their workplace, in private sector this figure, standing at mere 5%, was substantially lower.

Coming at the other end of the spectrum, significant part of female employees in both areas were doing their jobs for 6 to 12 hours in average, accounting for 35% of the total statistic.
