Overall, users aged from 18 to 29 have had the dominant percentage across the whole graph, even at its lowest point at the start. Conversely, elderly people tended to use the app the least. In addition, while all three age groups excluding the youngest generally have had fluctuations with little increase at some cases, the percentage of people aged 18-29 had a significant rise at the middle of the chart.
The youngest age group given experienced a dramatic increase from 14% on 10/11 to 19% on 10/12, followed by an approximately constant period up to 11/06. The second most frequent users of Twitter, aged 30-49, steeply fluctuated with the general movement of increase, starting from 7.5% and ending with 12%. However, the former underwent a steep growth completely surpassing the other groups and reaching the peak of 32%, whereas the latter rose slightly to end at 17%.
In contrast, people aged 50-64 generally had an insignificant upward trend, from 5.5% to 12.5%, with a noteworthy acceleration on 12/12. Meanwhile, people aged 65 or older experienced a fluctuation throughout the whole period, which started at 4.5% and concluded with a total of 5%.
