Looking from an overall perspective, there are two categories of houses where prices are fluctuating in different months. Moreover, the prices of houses that are available in the market, decreasing by time, but in opposite, values of sold houses is increasing.
In terms of chart’s most important aspect, there were two types of flats in which one was available in the market or another one was sold. Firstly, the prices of home in the town were very high in the month of July; however, in the month of September, that prices were low, nearly 320 thousand dollars. Subsequently, there was steady increase in the values and reached at 330 thousand dollars, in September. Thereafter, again decreased in the month of October.
On the other hand, cost of sold houses are static between the months of September and October that was 290 thousand dollars. In contrast, in December, houses was sold at the highest prices, nearly 310 thousand dollars.
