The bar chart gives information about the number of boys and girly attending in four different sport activities – cycling, tennis, football and swimming – in one particular school. Overall, it is clear that boys exceed their female counterparts in all types of sports, with the exception of swimming where girls take over the dominance.
As far as males are concerned, they show a strong inclination towards cycling and tennis, both reaching its peak of an impressive 40, with the figure for boys participating in tennis following behind at 30. In contrast, the share of swimming exhibits the least interest among others.
Starting with cycling, it is the most popular type of sport among females, which consists of a remarkable 30, in comparison to the participants of football making up only just below 10. Noticeably, the share of swimming among girls is only one activity that can surpass their male counterparts, accounting for around 18 and 12, respectively.
