The bakery sells slightly more rolls than crisps, at about 75 each, while toasted sandwiches and salads are the least sold items, with only 25 and 18, respectively.
Doughnuts are also the top-selling product at Lovely Loaves, with just over 120 sold on a Saturday. Cakes come second with roughly 75, followed by cookies at around 65. Salads perform notably well, with just over 60 sold is three times as many as at Bernie’s Buns. Rolls and fresh loaves each account for 50 sales, while crisps trail slightly at 45.
