From an overall perspective, there was a dramatic difference related to cell phone and residential phone services during the period of the first decade of century 20th. Cell phone service had tend to increasingly and the opposite on the later had tend to decreasingly.
As regards the first, in 2001, average annual expenditures on cell phone service were much lower than residential phone service with $200 for the former and $700 for the later. In next 6 years, the number of people who use cell phone service was rise to about $520 and the figure of service relevant to desktop phone was fall to about $520 in 2006, too.
And it can bee seen the chart that, in 2010, nearly more twice cell phone service than residential phone service with $750 and $400 respectively.
