Overall, it is evident that people from 16-30 age group most widely used internet in the entire period. However, it was less common among individual aged 30 and higher.
According to the chart, internet was predominantly accessed by people aged 16-30 at 53% in 1998, followed by 31 to 50 age group at 41%. Notably, the share of children and olders were below 5% in the same year.
By 1999, the proportion of 16-30 age group declined gradually to 45%, this numbers further dropped to 44% in 2002. Similarly, aged 31 to 50 people saw a similar downward trend, it decreasing from 39% in 1990 to 37% in 2000. Conversely, the figures of other two age groups were identical atv8% in 1999, but it was experienced a slow growth, reached at just below 10% in 2000.
