Overall, it is significant that the usage of 3D screen had increased significantly over the yeras, and animation movies had also show gradual growth over ther years, whereas live actions movies increased popularity from 200 to 2012.
From 2005 to 2008, 3D screen had a steady rise stating at around 4000 screens. After 2008, it surged sharply by 35000 within 2011. Around this time people were more drawn to 3D screens.
Animation movies in 3D screens started at around 2% in 2005. From here, it also kept a steady growth to 10% till 2009. Steady growth of animation movies were also seen from 2009 to 2021, but in a wider range. In 2012, it was at 25%. Live action movies came to the frame in 2008, with an a percentage of 8. Within next two years it increased by 38%. In the next following year, it reamained relatively same. But in 2012, it surged and reached tp 31% which was the highest among all types of movie over the years.
