The given bar charts illustrates the proportion of male and female who taught in seven different facilities like art, business, engineering, law , medicine and science during the year in 2012.

Overall it can be clearly seen that there was a great unbalanced between the male and female. In general, male had a high ratio of academic staff in engineering facilities. However in art , education and medicine the female were predominated by the number.

As a chart show , in business and engineering had the highest number of male staff with 65 percent and 85 respectively. Whereas in same faculties female were less in ratio.

On the other hand , other faculties were more balance in their composition. In medicine gender presentation were almost same. While in arts subject more than half the academic were female 65 percent. It is interesting to note that business and science had the same proportion of male and female with 45 percent and 65 percent in those academics. Law had a slightly less percentage of women at 40 percent.

Although the faculties of engineering, business law and science were still primarily male dominated in 2012. Woman were equally balance with male in medicine and were predominated in arts and education.
